Government, EOBI & Social Security Compliance – Handles labor-related dealings with government offices, EOBI, and social security authorities.
Employee Relations – Manages employee documentation from hiring to exit, ensuring smooth HR processes.
General Services & Employee Support – Provides support in visa processing, accommodation, transportation, flight reservations, and ticketing.
Training & Career Development – Assesses employee training needs and implements career development programs to enhance skills and growth.

At Multi Gate, we have implemented a fully integrated, state-of-the-art ERP system designed as an ‘Oracle and SAP-based local network application’ with cloud scalability for compatibility across the latest operating systems. Built using an Agile rapid application development methodology, our ERP seamlessly aligns with company policies and follows the MVC design pattern—an industry-leading approach.
Our ERP system is fully integrated with key business functions, including Accounting & Finance, HRMS, Inventory Management, Purchase Planning, Gate Operations, Sampling & R&D, Article Planning, Sales & Export, Import Module, and CRM, ensuring efficient workflow management.
